Unfortunately, with the most recent update the program only works with an account linked to an MCC account. I've posted the source code to an open source project here: http://code.google.com/p/he-adwords-android-app/ if anyone wants to take a crack at fixing it.

The HE AdWords App for Android allows you to manage multiple AdWords accounts from your mobile Android phone. I developed this application for myself since I couldn't find any in the Android Market and decided to make it freely available to others with the help from the Google AdWords API Team.

Core functionality:
Manage multiple individual AdWords accounts (does not work with MCC accounts)
View statistics, edit or add Campaigns, AdGroups, Keywords and Ads
Basic navigation:
Click a desired Campaign to see a list of AdGroups;
Click a desired AdGroup to see a list of Keywords or Ads;
To back out, use your phones Back button;
To change accounts click the phones Menu button from any screen, then click on Switch Account;
Basic Editing:
Click and hold to bring up an edit menu for any desired Campaign, AdGroup, Keyword or Ad.
Basic Create Function:
When on the desired page such as Campaign, click the phones Menu button to bring up the Create Campaign button. The same holds true for the Keywords, AdGroups and Ad pages.

Recent changes:

Updated to work with latest AdWords API.
Fixed bug in AdWords API integration connecting to accounts.
